Terms & Refund Policy
IMPORTANT: Once keys or licenses are sent, they are generally non-refundable unless customer can show error messages that show us error that we cannot resolve. However, we have a great tech support team that will get your issue resolved.
Customers agree to the following conditions if refunds are to be considered on Acme Products:
Refunds are considered only for non-working keys/licenses
1. Non-working keys/licenses refers to software error or key errors. This does not refer to issues arising from conflicts with your operating system or other apps (such as security apps) on your system
2. Customers must clearly show that the software is not working by sending screenshots with error message(s)
Buyer has 7 days from date of purchase to request a refund from Acme Products.
