Terms & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: Once keys or licenses are sent, they are non-refundable.

In the past Customers purchase a key which they receive and use and ask for refunds.

Customers agree to the following conditions if refunds are to be considered on Acme Products:

Refunds are considered only for non-working keys/licenses

1. Non-working keys/licenses: This refers to software error or key errors. This does not refer to issues arising from conflicts with your operating system or other apps (such as security apps) on your system

Customers must clearly show that the software is not working by sending screenshots with error message(s)

Buyer has 7 days to request a refund from Acme Products.
